My friend was able to see the wheel on the kiosk and tap the touch screen to spin the wheel, but the 10.00 freeplay was never added to his players card even after hanging around for two hours. It makes one wonder if they are really having problems with the computer system as they have had two weeks to figure this out. One lady said she was there the prior week and had the same problem. We were told at the service desk the owners of the casino churchill downs was having trouble with the computers.
The kiosk offer did not happen for us or many others.
